App terms

These are the software terms for the Stonehouse Electric CRM. The customer work contract stays on the Terms and Conditions page.

Who this app is for

This CRM is a private in-house app for Stonehouse Electric Company only. It is not sold or offered to any other company. Staff sign in to schedule work, run jobs, and send estimates and invoices.

QuickBooks and Intuit

The app connects Stonehouse Electric's own QuickBooks company. A customer can pay an invoice or an estimate deposit from a public link. The card or bank account goes straight from the customer's browser to Intuit. This app does not keep the full card number or the full bank account number.

An Admin disconnects QuickBooks at Disconnect QuickBooks. Disconnect tells Intuit to revoke the connection. QuickBooks records are not deleted.

Data

What this system stores, and who else can see it, is on the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

This software is provided as is for Stonehouse Electric's own use. There is no warranty that it will be error free or always available.
