Disconnect QuickBooks

Stonehouse Electric can disconnect this app from QuickBooks. Disconnect tells Intuit to revoke the sandbox token and clears it here. The connection row and an audit row stay. QuickBooks company data is not changed. No customer, invoice, sales receipt, or payment is created or edited.

Production accounting stays off. Justin approved sandbox payment posting on October 20, 2026 at 3:38 PM ET. That posting creates a customer when needed, an income item when it is missing, and a sales receipt or refund receipt. It does not delete or void a QuickBooks record.

An Admin signs in and disconnects the sandbox company from this page.
